Session action made up of 2 Elders, 2 Trustees, 2 representatives of the
Christian education Committee and 1 representative of any special group using
our facilities on a continuing basis with the Moderator of Session serving,
ex-officio, as Chair.)
On
behalf of Session to:
Coordinate the schedule and program of the various groups which use our
facilities on a continuing basis to insure that the needs of the church
ministries, as well as the other related groups, are adequately
met.
To
receive any requests from outside groups and agencies for one time or short term
use of our facilities and make appropriate recommendations to Session.
