On behalf of Session:                                              

To make contact with visitors and prospective members.

To plan suitable "Inquirers' Classes" to introduce St. Andrews Church to prospective members.

To maintain and keep current new member welcome folders and hospitality bulletin board with pictures of new members.

To maintain the table with hospitality information.

To assist in the assimilation of new members into the congregation.

To study and make recommendations concerning the church rolls:  Active, Inactive, Associate and Baptized.

To plan for a new pictorial directory when it becomes necessary to keep current.

To regularly publicize church events and activities.

To encourage members who move away from our community to find an active relationship with a congregation where they now live.

To encourage current members to be warm and friendly with visitors.

To form, operate and support a Concert Committee, charged with providing concerts several times a year for the wider Lebanon community.

To provide opportunities for Small Groups to meet, and to help newcomers and members to connect with appropriate small groups.

To oversee publication of the Herald, the website, and necessary publicity.
