The end of the school year brings all kinds of celebrations, one of the most important being graduations. The Christian Education committee takes great pleasure in recognizing the accomplishments of our youth and young adults. We are proud of their academic and athletic achievements and want to recognize our graduates. This year we honor four high school graduates and three college graduates.

Shawn Burgis is graduating from Lebanon High School. After graduation he will attend Universal Technical Institute where he will be working in the Ford FACT automotive program.

Shelby Lister is graduating from Lebanon High School. After graduation he will begin working at Camp Bashore as a counselor for the summer. Afterward he will begin studies at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA, working toward a degree in Environmental Sciences.

Mason Logdahl is graduating from Elco High School. After graduation he will be shipping out for basic training in the Army where he will train to be an Apache Attack Helicopter mechanic.

Brennan Mulligan is graduating from Cedar Crest High School. After graduation he will attend Shippensburg University to work toward a degree in Software Engineering.

Caroline Gelgot graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Marketing, with minors in Spanish and International Business. After graduation she will be attending post-graduate studies in Europe for a Masters in International Business.

Charlie Jones graduated Magna Cum Laude from Juniata College with a double major in Psychology and Politics.  He will be attending Washington and Lee School of Law in the fall.

Tim Sensenig  graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL on May 19 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He also won the Economics Award for Excellence, one he was chosen for by all of the Economics professors to receive.

Please congratulate all our graduates and continue to pray for them as they close one chapter in their lives and begin a new one.  Encourage them and help fill them with gratitude, humility, love, and faith.
